Hmmm. I'm not really a fan of this picture but I do appreciate a aged looking cover every once in awhile like in Kindred. I do not like that font though.

ReplyDeleteAnd I read The Angel Experiment not long ago, and mine did NOT look like that.
You're right, the "aged" one looks better, but the font looks cheesy. And honestly, the lightning and stuff on the Patterson novel not only looks stupid, but it doesn't have anything to do with the story.
Lame.
Love this whole lookalike series of posts. So often I've thought I'd seen a book cover before. Now I'm going to start paying attention.
